INTRODUCTION

1. Establishment – Board of Directors (HCMC):

- 20/12/2017 – The People Committee established the PPP Board of Directors with main purposes as followed:

+ Making relevant suggestions to the People Committee and its Chairman with regards to the direction, planning and strategic solutions to effectively carry out PPPs within the city.

+ Creating the operational structure of the Board of Directors (HCMC).

+ Assisting the Chairman of the People Committee to conduct, supervise, speed up and delegate tasks between ministry and department as well as between different districts in the execution of PPPs.

2. Operational Structure – Board of Directors (HCMC)

- HCMC Department of Planning and Investment published official correspondence numbered 6675/SKHĐT-PPP on 11/07/2017 to present to the city’s People Committee a provisional draft on the operational structure of HCMC PPP’s Board of Directors.
