Basic Training Course on PPP

From 22nd to 24th of February 2016, Department of Planning and Investment, in collaboration with Department of Internal Affairs, has organized a basic training session on PPP for head of relevant ministries, departments and local authorities. The course was instructed by specialists from the University of Tokyo (Japan) including:

- Mr. Sam Tabuchi: Professor in PPP at the Post-Graduate School of PPP under the University of Tokyo, Head of APPPI.

- Bà Yu Namba: Senior Specialist at Centre of Research for PPP, seasonal lecturer at Post-Graduate School of PPP under the University of Tokyo.

- ÔngKohei Hori: : Senior Specialist at Centre of Research for PPP.

The course has successfully equipped its attendees with basic relevant knowledge of PPP: concept, criteria for consideration, principles for execution, current Vietnamese legal framework for PPP… Theory with hands-on practices allowed for high efficiency in teaching & learning with most of the course attendees giving it high ratings.
